Kobi Karp developed the concept design for the Project in accordance with best international standards to suit 5 star hotels.

Borouj AlOmran for Designs & Technical Studies

Borouj AlOmran is a leading architect and engineering supervision house in Makkah. It is one of the top five (among a total of 120) architect and engineering offices recommended by Makkah municipality.

It was founded by Engineer Abdullah Bukhari, in 2002. The firm provides consulting services on different areas of engineering, including surveying, planning, architectural designs, supervision, studies, arbitration, project management, sites landscaping, and technical studies and reports. Its strength comes from its ability to comply with local laws, regulations, and the municipality rules and requirements, while maintaining the local architectural character using up-to-date technologies.

Borouj AlOmran worked very closely with Kobi Karp to provide local knowledge and compliance to the concept design and the issuance of the building permit.
